there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 5 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)

The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and

transportation, or loading.

In the event the purchaser fails to close, the down payment will be retained by the Seller as liquidated damages.
