PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)

WINNING BIDDER:
In the event you are the winning bidder, a down payment in the amount of $2500 and a signed Real Estate purchase agreement will be due within 48 hours of Auction Close. Balance due in 30 days of Auction Close or before as set forth in the Real Estate purchase agreement. Down payment must be made payable to "Edge Properties Trust". In the event the purchaser fails to close, the down payment will be retained by the Seller as liquidated damages.
