Please Be Advised of the following: Unless specified or shown firearms will be sold without cases. Bidders must be over age 18.
Only Handgun purchases require a Minnesota State Permit to Purchase, a Minnesota Concealed Carry Permit or an FFL License.
All gun sales are non-contingent. You will pay first, and then we do the NICS check. If the NICS check comes back as "proceed", you can take possession of the gun; if the NICS check comes back as "delay", we will keep the gun until we are cleared to release it. If the NICS check comes back as "deny", we will re-sell the gun for YOU (owner).
NOTE: Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL Dealers. We recommend inspecting all firearms.
All Firearms will be transferred at DO-BID 701 Seville Ave, Buhl,MN at the time of removal or call to make arrangements.
A $5.00 Transfer Fee will be charged for each Firearm. Shipping/handling charges will be paid for by the winning bidder.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:00 PM Monday,
April 08, 2013. The close will be staggered (1 Lots every 1 minute). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes. PAYMENT TERMS:
Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)
