REMOVAL/PICK-UP:

Thursday, July 1, 2010 FROM 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and
Friday, July 2, 2010 FROM 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

IF YOU CAN'T REMOVE AT THIS TIME, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 7:00 PM Wednesday,
June 30, 2010. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 5 minutes). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and
transportation of all items. Do-Bid.com does not provide shipping,
transportation, or loading.

However Do-Bid.com will procure your items and have them available for your shipping agent. See shipping below.



NOTE:* PLEASE CHECK THE DESCRIPTION for the size of the lot you are bidding on (number of items per lot).

THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies).

RESERVES: LOTS 1-8 HAVE RESERVES, SUBJECT TO 24 HOUR SELLER CONFIRMATION.

BIDS CANNOT BE RETRACTED ONCE PLACED.

TERMS: Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)

SHIPPING:
Everything is sold as is, where is. Buyers are responsible for making their own shipping and/or pickup arrangements. All items must be paid for in full to Do-Bid.com before items are able to be shipped. Please contact Do-Bid.com in advance if you are planning to have your items shipped. Do-Bid.com does not provide packaging of items, however Do-Bid.com will procure your items and have them available for your shipping agent.
