PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:30 PM Tuesday,
February 12, 2013. The close will be staggered (1 Lots every 2 minutes). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)
THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)

No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or identification purposes only. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and
transportation of all items. Do-Bid.com does not provide shipping,
transportation, or loading. Do-Bid.com will work with procuring your items for your shipping agent.

SHIPPING:
DO-BID.COM WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OF SOME ITEMS TO ANY OF OUR DO-BID.COM LOCATIONS OR AFFILIATE LOCATIONS AND ALSO THE CLOQUET MAIL STATION. FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS(25% DICOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON THE FIRST AND THIRD MONDAY AND TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping is also avaliable through THE CLOQUET MAIL STATION. Do-Bid.com will transport your items to the Cloquet Mail Station who is able to ship your items directly to you.
