PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:30 PM Wednesday,
February 06, 2013. The close will be staggered (1 Lots every 2 minute). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

PAYMENT TERMS:Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to OCS,INC.),
Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good
Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, OCS reserves the
right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in
full, without condition upon demand.) 3% charge for using Credit card!
THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)

transportation of all items. OCS Inc. does not provide shipping,
transportation, or loading. OCS Inc. will work with procuring your items for your shipping agent.

SHIPPING:
DO-BID.COM WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OF SOME ITEMS TO ANY OF OUR DO-BID.COM LOCATIONS OR AFFILIATE LOCATIONS AND ALSO THE CLOQUET MAIL STATION. FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS(25% DISCOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON THE FIRST AND THIRD MONDAY AND TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
