PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 7:00 PM Tuesday,
May 14, 2013. The close will be staggered (2 Lot every 1 minute). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)
THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)

FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS(25% DICOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON EVERY OTHER WEEK ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY . PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
